The FMS02 fits the original Keihin FCR carbs. (Originally, this was a road race carb adopted for motocross usage.) This part fits the YZ/WR 400Fs, the 02 and older KTM 520 and 400 'RFS' bikes, and the DRZ Suzukis. Please note that some of the DR-Zs - streetlegal - do not have the Keihin pumper carb - at least what we've seen in California (for our stringent - read: ridiculous - emissions laws). This Zip-Ty Fuel Screw does not require any carb modifications, like filing or grinding, as other makers' screws do. If the Fuel Mixture Screw collar is above the main jet access bolt, it takes an FMS01. If the collar is level with the main jet access bolt, then your carb takes an FMS02. If you own one of the modern four-stokes with the Keihin FCR carb, then you know their off-idle acceleration is tempermental when ambient conditions like temperature, humidity, and altitude change. And, you know what a pain it is to adjust the stock mixture screw on the FCR carburetor. The solution is adjustment when conditions change, and the Zip-Ty Fuel Screw allows fast and easy adjustment. The new FMS01s are carved from 7075 T7 Aluminum for improved tensile strength and have a redesigned tip taper and seating shoulder to accomodate the newest (3rd generation) Keihins. They feature a knurled forend for easy grip, anodizing for longevity, and laser etching for adjustment accuracy. The Zip-Ty Racing screw allows you to fine tune your bike easily and quickly with just your fingers - trail or track side. Specific ZTR Screw available for both models of FCR carburetor.
