The kit comes complete with adjustable bar mounts and spacers which allow you to adjust the height (5-20mm) and the bar mounts are offset (Forward or Rear). You can also install a stabilizer to the bar mount (hardware provided) and adjust it based on your bar position without having to buy different stabilizer mounts. This kit DOES NOT include a steering stem, stabilizer or stabilizer tower. Those items are sold seperately.
